The terminal servers where the Arcserve agent is installed, tomcat9.exe increases the CPU consumption due to the tray icon execution of the arcserve agent by each user. The following regedit value is deleted to reduce the CPU usage.
After this process, the terminal server must be rebooted.
Run as administrator via cmd
reg delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v ADRTrayIcon
